• $22 for Students
  • There will be no awards ceremony to maximize your fun time.  We recommend you make your final payment on the day of the competition.  If you arranged for a check before the contest and have last-minute no-shows, we refund you on the spot. If you have MORE, no problem!

• $18​ for Chaperones, Friends, and Family - Bring as many as you like (but 10% of your student count is required!)
  • Children traveling with chaperones are $18 as well
  • Children 2 years old or younger are free
  • NRH2O requires a minimum of 1 chaperone for every 10 students. These chaperones should stay ACTIVELY ENGAGED WITH STUDENTS AT THE PARK.
  • All chaperones, friends, and family must be in the approved numbers turned in by the director.  For security reasons, tickets for adults must be purchased FROM the teacher.  Personal checks or credit cards from friends and family cannot be accepted. We have found it's easiest to collect cash from parents to turn in to us when you settle your bill on your day.

•  School Employees are free!
  • This includes directors, administrators, bus drivers, and teachers on your campus. PLEASE ASK THEM TO REMAIN ENGAGED WITH STUDENTS AT ALL TIMES.

 

• $8 per meal deal
  • This includes one hot dog or hamburger, chips, a cookie, and a drink
  • Meal deals are served between 10:30 am and 12:30 on 8:00 - 1:00 festivals, 4:30-6:30 during the 2:00 - 7:00 festivals, 6:00-7:00 on the 5:00-10:00 festivals, and 11:00-1:00 during 9:00-4:00 festivals. You will select your group's lunchtime at registration.

  • $50 fee per ensemble 
  • The Ensemble Fee is not applied to the total amount due. 
  • ALL ENSEMBLE FEES ARE DUE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CONFIRMED REGISTRATION PERFORMANCE DATES AND TIMES TO HOLD YOUR PERFORMANCE SPOT

 

• Spectators who are coming to watch a performance are allowed to do so without purchasing a ticket.  There is a separate entrance by the performance venue where they can enter.  We only ask that after the performance, they exit the same way you came in to avoid confusion and security issues.

 

• When registering:
  • Please use a separate entry for each performing ensemble
  • If your district requires the final payment to be mailed in, the check must be received no later than April 1.
  • Purchase orders are not accepted.
