You must have a separate entry form for each ensemble entered. There are five different festival start and end times we offer in the month of May: 9:00-4:00 Festivals 8:00-1:00 Festivals 2:00-7:00 Festivals 10:00-6:00 Festivals (Public Days) 5:00PM-10:00PM Festival (May 6 PM only) |

Every effort will be made to give you your first day option based on a first come first served basis.
At the end of the entry form, you can always write us a note with any particular issues you need us to know when scheduling. You may want to tell us of specific times that are bad for you. We'll do everything possible to help! |
